Corporate Lawyer (Home-Based – Full or Part-Time)

Mid-to-senior-level corporate lawyer (>5 years PQE) with a strong background advising on and project managing:

• M&A (particularly pre- and post-deal legal structuring)
• Corporate/legal structuring and entity rationalisation
• Corporate governance and compliance
• Other corporate legal projects

You’ll lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex corporate initiatives while mitigating legal risks, including ensuring alignment with regulatory and strategic objectives.

What You’ll Bring:

• Qualified solicitor (UK or other common-law country) with experience in corporate law
• Proven experience working on M&A transactions
• Strong understanding of corporate structures and governance frameworks
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple legal workstreams

Full-time or Part-time (to fit around family and other non-conflicting commitments)

Location: Largely remote with occasional visits to client offices
