I’m an experienced Recruiter with over 18 years of experience—both in-house at Deloitte, one of the Big 4, and Hays, one of the UK’s largest recruitment agencies. I’m also the proud founder of Investing in Women – the UK’s leading flexible working recruitment company, job board, and community.
I’m mum to two daughters – Emily and Annabelle (and a Labradoodle called Dougal).
I’m wildly passionate about the power of part-time and flexible work—and a strong, empowered female community—to close the gender pay gap.

Huddersfield in Yorkshire. I moved to London straight from University, where I joined Hays, one of the world’s largest recruitment agencies.
I have a soft spot for…
Accountants, and based on my recruiting experience, I persuaded my brother to become one. He’s now a Head of Finance at one of the world’s largest Asset Management Companies.
I conceived my eldest daughter via IVF
after a 4-year struggle with infertility. My second daughter was a surprise natural conception – hello, 19-month age gap and double trouble! Toughest yet most rewarding gig ever!
