I'm Elizabeth Willetts
I’m an award-winning Recruiter with over 18 years of recruitment experience. I’ve worked both in agency recruitment at Hays – one of the world’s largest Recruitment firms, as well as in-house in Talent Acquisition at Deloitte, one of the Big 4 Consulting firms. I’m also the founder and CEO of the award-winning recruitment platform Investing in Women.
During my career, I’ve placed 1000s of candidates in their dream jobs and reviewed over 1 million applications. I know better than anyone what makes a Recruiter stop scrolling and take notice of a CV in a pile among thousands, what hiring managers are really looking for and how to make your application stand out in an increasingly crowded market.
