Description

Client Partnerships & Account Development Manager

London NW10 | Flexible Working | Competitive Salary + Generous Commission

Great sales isn't always about finding the next customer.

Sometimes, it's about understanding the customers you already have so well that you become the person they want to call first.

At Green Kit, we've spent years building trusted relationships with gaffers, production companies and filmmakers across the UK film and television industry.

Now we're looking for a brilliant relationship-builder to help us strengthen those connections, understand our clients even better and identify opportunities to work with them more closely.

This isn't a cold-calling role.

It's consultative, relationship-led account development - and it's perfect for someone who loves getting to know clients, understanding what they need and finding solutions that genuinely make their lives easier.

About Green Kit

Green Kit is a specialist film lighting rental company based in London.

We provide high-quality, energy-efficient lighting and battery-powered solutions for film and television productions - helping filmmakers create exceptional work while reducing the environmental impact of production.

Sustainability isn't an add-on for us. It's at the heart of why we exist.

We're a close-knit team operating in a relationship-driven industry, and great service has always been central to our growth.

The Opportunity

You'll work closely with our Managing Director to develop relationships across our existing client network and help Green Kit become an even more trusted partner to gaffers, production companies and other industry professionals.

Rather than making endless cold calls, you'll spend your time talking to people.

Getting to know them.

Understanding their upcoming productions, challenges and priorities.

Introducing them to lighting and battery-powered solutions that could genuinely help.

And making sure that when they need equipment for their next production, Green Kit is front of mind.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll be:

  • Building and strengthening relationships with existing clients
  • Keeping in regular contact with gaffers, production companies and other industry contacts
  • Understanding clients' upcoming projects and identifying opportunities to support them
  • Introducing clients to relevant low-energy lighting and battery-powered solutions
  • Following up enquiries and conversations in a helpful, consultative way
  • Re-engaging existing contacts and developing relationships over the long term
  • Working closely with the Managing Director and wider team to ensure clients receive an exceptional service
  • Keeping client information, conversations and opportunities organised and up to date
  • Representing Green Kit and its commitment to more sustainable filmmaking

There will naturally be opportunities to develop new relationships too - but this isn't about aggressive prospecting or transactional sales.

It's about becoming a trusted partner.

We'd Love to Hear From You If...

You're someone who builds relationships naturally.

You listen before you sell.

You're curious about what clients are trying to achieve and enjoy finding the right solution for them.

And you understand that the strongest commercial relationships aren't built in one phone call - they're built through trust, consistency and great service.

You'll ideally have:

  • 2-3+ years' experience in B2B sales, account management, partnerships or consultative sales
  • A track record of building and developing strong client relationships
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
  • A confident, friendly and proactive approach
  • Strong commercial instincts without being overly sales-driven
  • The ability to understand a client's needs and recommend appropriate solutions
  • A genuine interest in sustainability and responsible business
  • An interest in film, television, cinematography or the creative industries - and enthusiasm for learning more
  • Full right to work in the UK
  • A clean UK driving licence

You don't need prior experience in the film or television industry.

What matters more is that you're a brilliant B2B relationship-builder who is commercially minded, curious about the industry and keen to learn.

If you do already have experience in film, television or lighting, that's a bonus - but it's absolutely not essential.

Why Green Kit?

This is an opportunity to join a small, specialist business where relationships genuinely matter.

You'll have the chance to work closely with the Managing Director, build meaningful connections across the film and television industry and help more productions discover practical ways to reduce their environmental impact.

You'll receive:

  • A competitive base salary based on experience
  • Generous commission linked to the business you help develop
  • Private healthcare, including dental and optical cover
  • Generous overtime opportunities when available
  • Uber and meal allowances for early and late working
  • 20 days' annual leave plus bank holidays, rising to 25 days
  • Flexible working

And perhaps most importantly, you'll be selling something you can genuinely believe in.

Interested?

If you're brilliant at building B2B relationships, commercially minded, and excited about the opportunity to work in the film and television industry while helping to make production more sustainable, we'd love to hear from you.
