Part-Time Accounting Technician / Part-Qualified Accountant

Location: Remote

Hours: Part-time, approx. 4 hours per week (freelance role)

The role

We have an immediate opening for an experienced Accounting Technician or part-qualified accountant to take ownership of our day-to-day finance function. This includes:

• Recording day-to-day transactions and keeping Xero accurate and tidy
• Sales invoicing and credit control
• Bank reconciliations
• Preparing and submitting VAT returns
• Running payroll
• Producing monthly management accounts
• Preparing year-end accounts

About you

You'll be AAT qualified (or equivalent) or part-qualified ACCA/CIMA/ACA, with solid hands-on experience of Xero and a keen eye for detail. You're comfortable working independently and managing your own workload in a small, fast-moving business.
