ARVRA was founded by Georgie Spurling, a fitness coach and wellness advocate who saw first-hand how hard it was for people to access quality, personalised wellness support.

Too expensive. Too fragmented. Too impersonal.

The solution was to bring the best practitioners together in one place, and make their expertise genuinely accessible to everyone, through a combination of world-class content and real human connection.

GEORGIE'S STORY

A heart that defied the odds.

Georgie was born with an extremely rare heart condition, in and out of hospital for years, and told at four years old that she'd never be able to exercise. As a teenager, against her medical team's advice, she took up dance anyway, closely monitored at Guy's and St Thomas' the whole way, and defied all odds. Her heart grew stronger.

That experience gave her a deep understanding of the connection between body and mind, and a passion for helping others recover from stress, injury and chronic illness through a low-impact method that delivered real results.

And ARVRA was born.

Now, Georgie is on a mission to give back to those who gave so much to her.
