Together, they identify realistic career possibilities and build a practical roadmap for moving forward with confidence.
For those ready to move from clarity into action, Kim also runs ACTIVATE — The Implementation Room, a supportive group membership for Parent Career Pivot Programme graduates who want accountability, momentum and continued support as they bring their plans to life.
