Simply Get Results – Simply for short – is an innovative People Analytics Software business, serving senior leaders in major organisations around the world.  Our landmark SaaS product ‘Simply Navigate’ provides insight and tools for HR and business leaders to close skills gaps and future-proof their workforce. Our purpose is to create financial, human and societal value. We do this by providing leading-edge insight and analytical software, enabling senior leaders in the world’s biggest companies to make better decisions about their people.  Our goal is that working with Simply will be better for your business, better for your people, and better for society beyond.

We're a small, growing team based in London, but operate fully remotely and virtually.

As a small team growing quickly, we have emphasised flexibility in our working practices and policies. Our team work entirely flexible hours, based on the outcomes and goals that need to be achieved, not the hours put in.

We offer standard parental leave policies. As we increase in size as a business our goal is to establish enhanced policies. In the mean time, we work with individuals to put in place the support they need, when they need it. Our annual leave policy is unlimited and working hours are flexible, which affords us the ability to navigate live events in a way that works best for the individual in their circumstances.

We have no explicit policy on this due to our size, but we would absolutely support any person requiring time off in such circumstances.
